Delivery
To save the environment as much as possible, we coordinate our deliveries as far as possible. Products in the store that are not marked "ordering goods" is sent to you by mail the week of ordering.Some of our most exclusive products are ordering goods as they are manufactured specifically for you. These products take up to 9 weeks to deliver from the purchase order is completed and paid for. As soon as the delivery date is fixed and we will notify you by e-mail. Do you regret your order of products from the range available, we will charge you 25% of the price.
Shipping
On all orders will be shipping cost based on the weight, ie, normal postage rates.For deliveries outside Sweden are special rates depending on which country the goods to be sent.Damaged GoodsIf goods are damaged during shipment, immediately notify when you pick up your shipment. If you do not discover this until you get home, let us know by e-mail immediately.If an item is damaged or lost when you send it back to us, you are an account executive.
Complaints
We inspect all items before sending them out, but should the goods be damaged or otherwise defective or you received the wrong product or wrong number so please contact us immediately by e-mail so that we can correct the error. We will send you an address label that you paste on the package and you can easily and naturally free of cost, return the item to us.We replace the defective product at no cost to you as soon as possible. Goods returned to us in cash on delivery are not accepted. Always contact us if you wish to return an item. In case of dispute, we follow National Board for recommendations.
Purchase
You have the right to switch to another product, colour or cancel your purchase within 14 days. Always contact us first via e-mail before you return your package for details on how to go about it.Do you regret a purchase and want to return an item, you have to pay the return shipping. We demand that the goods must be unused and returned in original packaging with any original documents. After we have received and inspected the item we will send you a money order or insert the value of the goods to your account. Goods returned to us in cash on delivery are not accepted.
